The location was excellent. In fact, we parked the car and could walk to wherever we wanted to go. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities in the rooms were great. You have thought of everything that would be needed for a stay. We had a side view of the water but were surprised to see a pod of dolphins playing just outside in the morning, a bonus for sure. Nothing was to like about any of the experience. Put in a room that was not what we booked and paid extra for a balcony. And when I went to reception to question the reason and why we paid for something that we did not have another guest was complaining about exactly the same thing and the reception kept making excuses.
