I would love to thank the manager Mr. Sebastian for his kindness, and Ms. Sibylle for her helping while we were staying at the hotel. The facility, staff, breakfast, and location make up the 10 points I gave this property! We booked the suite, and it didn't disappoint (Oase Room 402). It was the perfect size for two adults and one child. The patio, where we spent relaxing after a long day's excursions, was terrific! The housekeeping staff was always smiling and greeted us always - making us feel at home. The breakfast was perfect - not too extravagant and not too cheap! It was just perfect! The location was to die for - a few minutes away from the center, away from tourists! It's just a 5-minute walk to the train station!

We loved everything with our stay. The location - it is set out from the main centre, but a short 5-minute bus ride from the main station (which the hotel will give you a pass that includes free bus rides and discount attractions). The room, AMAZING! The decor was stunning, had cabin vibes. We loved laying in bed with the window open listening to the cowbells. The best part, the restaurant - Oh my goodness, the best food. We had dinner, our waitress was incredibly lovely, we also had breakfast which was so yummy and fresh! There isn't a single thing I could fault during this stay.
